Responsibilities

Own and drive technical architecture for complex cross-team full-stack initiatives across frontend, backend, data, and distributed services.
Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and cloud-native systems.
Architect and integrate agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered applications, AI copilots, and agent orchestration systems.
Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, deployment, and responsible AI-assisted development.
Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to multiple engineering teams.
Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership on scalable technical roadmaps and AI-driven product capabilities.
Identify and resolve systemic performance, reliability, and scalability issues across the technology stack.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise organizational standards for full-stack and AI engineering.
Evaluate and drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, agentic AI, LLM tooling, and engineering practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
12+ years of software engineering experience, including architecting full-stack web applications at scale.
Expertise with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Next.js, plus backend languages such as C#, Node.js, or Java.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, API design, cloud-native architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience building or integrating agentic AI systems, LLM-powered applications, or AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or MCP.
Demonstrated leadership of large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams and ability to influence technical direction without direct reporting authority.
Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, tool-calling architectures, RAG pipelines, event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Preferred background in commercial real estate, fintech, or operations and transaction systems.
Preferred technical thought leadership through speaking, writing, or open-source contributions, especially in applied AI.
