Responsibilities
- Design and architect secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Write scripts and custom code for data migration, automation, and system integration.
- Partner with Engagement Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to scope requirements and estimate effort.
- Design, build, and deploy production applications using business logic, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and user-facing interfaces.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and engage users to understand challenges and co-develop solutions.
- Contribute reusable tooling, frameworks, integration patterns, and best practices across customer accounts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical delivery role such as Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or Customer Software Development.
- Strong proficiency building full-stack applications, such as with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for querying, data transformation, and migration scripts.
- Ability to debug complex issues across data, API, and application layers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
