Responsibilities
- Collaborate with automakers, partners, product teams, and engineering teams to integrate Voice AI into vehicles.
- Own the technical aspects of partner projects, translating business needs into specifications and solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues by gathering data, reproducing problems, testing solutions, and escalating as needed.
- Build and maintain project plans, documentation, schedules, deployment activities, and risk mitigation plans.
- Guide partners as a technical expert on SoundHound’s Voice AI and Agents technologies.
- Coordinate partner milestones with internal product timelines and contribute feedback to platform enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Linux, Python, C++, ASR, and AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and manage complex projects in an international environment.
- Strong software engineering, communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, and partner collaboration skills.
