Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of digital banking products from initial concept and architectural design through release and maintenance.
- Design and deliver complex, performant, secure, and scalable frontend and backend-integrated features.
- Improve system architecture and design components that integrate across APIs and services.
- Build Angular and TypeScript frontend experiences using RxJS and modern build systems.
- Contribute to LLM-based voice assistants and real-time personalization engines using OpenAI and machine learning models.
- Implement entitlement and fraud prevention services with strong security, scalability, and resilience characteristics.
- Identify tooling gaps, reduce technical debt, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and serve as a technical resource for the squad.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and UX designers in a pod-based development model.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional experience building complex, high-traffic products.
- Strong Angular and TypeScript skills, with proficiency in RxJS and modern build systems such as Webpack and Jenkins.
- Prior exposure to Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Maven, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Netflix OSS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and complex service data flows.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Vue.js is a plus.
- Fintech or banking experience is highly advantageous.
- Residence in or near Kraków and willingness to work from the office twice per week.
