Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for AI platforms, products, and engagements.
- Design data architectures, storage approaches, data-cleansing strategies, and data pipelines for AI model deployment.
- Integrate AI technologies with existing systems and databases while maintaining data integrity and performance.
- Evaluate and refine AI systems to ensure desired outcomes and continued technical relevance.
- Design agentic AI architectures with autonomous agents for manufacturing and engineering simulation.
- Oversee implementation of AI solutions and lead initiatives addressing complex business challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in AI/ML, with the posting indicating a 12–16 year range.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Significant experience in AI, machine learning, data science, and successful AI implementations.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, ML algorithms, computational statistics, deep learning, NLP, and AI architecture trade-offs.
- Knowledge of agentic AI architecture frameworks, autonomous agents, generative AI, VLMs, LLMs, and manufacturing or engineering simulation domains.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, applied mathematics, TensorFlow, random forests, and neural networks.
- Knowledge of ML and deep learning workload pipelines across data management, governance, model building, deployment, and production.
- Knowledge of software engineering and DevOps principles, including Git, containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage team members.
