Responsibilities
- Implement customer feedback, application changes, and enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve complex or escalated issues, including crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate on long-term fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor applications, identify anomalies, and optimize performance and scalability.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain compliance with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements, including audit trails and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide and groom junior team members and provide training to L1/L2 support teams.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues in a knowledge base.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, Postman, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and application testing tools.
- Familiarity with UI testing, unit testing, object-oriented programming, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and efficient queries.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to guide junior team members and solve complex technical problems.
- MCA or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written communication, presentation, and continuous-learning skills.
