Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and design and build performant, business-critical Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and optimize Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel, Lightning Service Console, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Salesforce Knowledge, and Experience Cloud.
- Architect and build scalable integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as CTI/telephony platforms and Jira.
- Customize Salesforce using Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, Apex triggers and classes, and Lightning Components.
- Develop integration strategies that connect Salesforce with systems, applications, and data sources to automate business processes.
- Define, estimate, and shape technical approaches using best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while improving performance and user experience.
- Maintain implementation and integration documentation and provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the US-based team and maintain several hours of Pacific Standard Time overlap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent related experience.
- At least five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, solution design, configuration, development, and deployment.
- At least five years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Chat, Entitlements, and Milestones.
- Experience building customer-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks within Lightning components.
- Strong systems integration experience with REST, Web Services APIs, and third-party applications.
- Experience with Flows and the Salesforce Sharing & Security model.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, application design principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with continuous development tools including SFDX, Git, Jenkins, and Ant.
- Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Service Cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce AgentForce and Data360 is preferred.
