Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system behavior and analyze logs and metrics to diagnose application problems.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple collaborating teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues.
- Serve as an SME, support team decisions, and contribute to key decisions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their technical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with distributed data processing and analytics workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Competence in scripting and automation for support tasks.
