Responsibilities
- Design and develop supportable technical solutions for complex Oracle supply chain business problems.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and system impacts across Oracle Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory modules.
- Develop customizations and integrations using PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts, Oracle Forms, Oracle OAF, reports, interfaces, and reusable components.
- Provide application maintenance, production support, debugging, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Partner with business and functional teams on requirements, development, testing, CRP, UAT, CAB processes, and production deployments.
- Monitor programs and interfaces using APPWORX chains and create new workflows.
- Produce technical and design documentation, architecture requirements, roadmaps, impact analyses, and implementation plans.
- Mentor team members, estimate work, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a STEM major.
- 5–10 years of experience in Oracle application development and implementation.
- Strong Oracle SCM implementation knowledge, including Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory features, configuration, and technical details.
- In-depth experience with Oracle RICEW objects and Oracle E-Business Suite RICEW components.
- High technical proficiency in PL/SQL, BI Publisher Reports, Web ADIs, Oracle Form Builders, form personalization, OAF, and APPWORX.
- Broad understanding of Oracle Supply Chain domain solutions, industry practices, and business processes.
- Experience with Agile project management methodology.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, architecture, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, define and decompose problems, influence stakeholders, and deliver technical solutions.
- Experience with GE Aerospace systems and business processes is desirable.
- Experience in heat transfer and thermal management is identified as an ideal-candidate qualification.
