Responsibilities
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform for consistent infrastructure provisioning.
- Build and maintain highly available and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure and AWS.
- Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes-based solutions for containerized applications.
- Create and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery and deployment.
- Use GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
- Streamline deployment and operations through GitOps practices.
- Develop custom tools and scripts to improve automation and operational efficiency.
- Support monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
- Write detailed program designs for medium to large-sized projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar position.
- At least 8 years of increasingly responsible programming experience using a standard coding language and/or platform.
- Four years of experience writing detailed program designs for medium to large-sized projects is preferred.
- Experience with modern cloud environments, including Azure and AWS.
- Strong Git skills and a background in automating and optimizing operational processes.
- Experience or capability with Go or another programming language for automation tools and scripts.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, EKS, AWS, Azure, GitHub, CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure as code.
- Preferred understanding of .NET, PowerShell, and Node.js web application development, build, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and independent working skills.
