Responsibilities
- Lead offshore retrofit and PT/PUM upgrade activities for PeopleSoft FSCM.
- Develop, customize, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PeopleSoft applications and technical programs.
- Analyze compare reports, perform keep/drop analysis, and complete other upgrade activities.
- Develop PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQRs, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher reports, and Integration Broker services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with functional teams.
- Develop and configure integrations with external systems and support data movement.
- Assist business users with validation and UAT test-script preparation.
- Resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
- Follow development standards, security policies, and SOX/financial audit requirements.
- Create technical and functional documentation and user training materials.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
- Strong experience with the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management suite.
- Expertise in PeopleTools 8.5x+ including PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and Integration Broker.
