Base Salary
$124k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using technologies such as React, GraphQL, Java, and Kotlin.
- Build and operate systems supporting borrowing products from origination through servicing and repayment.
- Participate in brainstorming, technical design, and grooming for new lending capabilities.
- Launch new offerings and scale existing products while maintaining overall product quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of professional software development experience building and operating systems end-to-end.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React or similar technologies, plus a backend language such as Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
- Experience with distributed, large-scale systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability and willingness to use AI tools in the software development workflow.
- FinTech, lending, or payments experience is a bonus.
