Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand for prioritized customers.
Lead the technical account strategy and execution plan for strategic accounts.
Act as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple teams.
Serve as the first contact for technical issues related to production status.
Leverage internal resources and escalate to experts as needed.
Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
Navigate product and engineering teams for innovations and upgrades.
Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles.

10+ years of experience in technical project delivery within Data and AI.
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
Experience in technical program or project management.
Proven ability to resolve complex escalations with senior executives.
Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects.
Track record of overachievement against targets.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
