Base Salary
$115k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide reliability and infrastructure projects across multiple teams.
- Architect and deploy scalable solutions for cloud, on-premises, and SaaS customers.
- Drive SRE best practices, automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Respond to critical incidents, lead root cause analysis, participate in on-call rotations, and implement durable resolutions.
- Lead compliance-focused infrastructure initiatives and automated control implementation across cloud environments.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Security, customers, and executives to align reliability goals and technical decisions.
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support, onboarding, troubleshooting, architecture guidance, and customer-facing documentation.
- Mentor SRE and engineering team members and elevate technical capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required because the role requires or may require federal security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Track record leading large-scale, cross-team infrastructure projects from conception through production.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS and cloud automation, including VPC, EC2, RDS, EKS, and CloudFormation.
- Expert-level experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, and Terraform.
- Strong programming or scripting skills with Python, Go, and Bash.
- Experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and DataDog.
- Experience with compliance frameworks including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP Moderate/High.
- Experience implementing compliance-as-code, automated compliance scanning, and remediation.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, reliability patterns, GitOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Bazel and CueLang is a plus.
- Strong communication, technical leadership, customer service, autonomy, and ability to work through ambiguity are required.

- Base pay of $114,700 - $195,000, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
