Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trading, risk-management, operational-tools, and reference-data functionality using Python and React components.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives using current industry standards and development practices.
- Collaborate with quants, front-office teams, and IT and corporate stakeholders to deliver tactical and strategic solutions.
- Deliver high-quality software within a collaborative team and promote continuous improvement.
- Provide second-line support for system and business-related issues.
Requirements
- Strong Python development skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, ideally including React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with front-office environments and trading or risk-management platforms, including trading, risk, and market concepts.
- Experience with Git, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, project-management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
