Responsibilities
- Own the clinician-facing nyra insights product from problem definition through deployment and iteration.
- Build patient management, therapy planning, progress tracking, and documentation features for clinicians.
- Design and implement polished, accessible interactions across browsers and devices.
- Develop the AI-powered Content Studio for generating personalized therapy materials.
- Build LLM-powered clinician workflows and smart defaults that save therapists time.
- Ship end-to-end full-stack features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Node.js.
- Integrate the clinician platform cleanly with the patient-facing myReha app.
- Talk with users, make product decisions, and take accountability for outcomes.
Requirements
- At least approximately four years of experience shipping production web products.
- Strong visual and interaction design sensibility with personally designed and shipped digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to own features from a high-level problem through deployment.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI tools and building AI into real products.
- Strong Next.js and TypeScript skills, with comfort across Node.js and database-backed feature development.
- Preferred experience leading design systems or component libraries.
- Healthcare, medtech, or other regulated-domain experience is helpful but not required.
- Deeper backend or data-modeling experience with Postgres or Firebase is a plus.
