Base Salary
$221k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build GenAI systems that leverage LLMs for dependable tools.
- Implement a highly reliable and scalable agent runtime with orchestration and scheduling.
- Build secure, sandboxed execution environments for agent actions.
- Ship unified interfaces for various model sizes and integrate with open tool ecosystems.
- Develop an evaluation platform for assessments and safety checks.
- Collaborate with Research to deliver new agent capabilities from prototype to production.
Requirements
- Experience building agent applications with tool-calling and context engineering.
- Fluency with LLM APIs and orchestration patterns like LangChain.
- Experience with retrieval systems and agentic workflows.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or Go.
- Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes concepts.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills for teamwork.
