Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile application features using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Work with backend engineers on full-stack projects and expand knowledge across the technology stack.
- Ensure applications are scalable, performant, maintainable, and reliable.
- Write technical documentation and conduct thoughtful code reviews.
- Use AI assistants and tools to write, review, debug, and document code.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience shipping high-quality production code.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and ability to learn additional technologies quickly.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows, including thoughtful prompting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to producing high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and reliable code.
- Preferred: experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or React Native.
- Preferred: experience using AI agents or automations for research, documentation, or planning.
- Preferred: comfort working directly from Figma files and implementing designs to specification.
