Responsibilities
- Guide teams in making security decisions for new infrastructure.
- Build automation to maintain a safe environment for engineers.
- Manage the Cloud Security posture across the organization.
- Own and improve existing security infrastructure and tooling.
- Leverage new technologies to enhance security.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on security measures.
- Shape the company's security strategy through innovation.
Requirements
- Demonstrate programming skills in a main language such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Have 3+ years of experience in a global company with cloud-centric infrastructure.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of cloud technologies.
- Experience in building tooling to improve security.
- Strong communication and team skills in a distributed environment.
- Experience in driving organization-wide changes in fast-moving environments.
