Responsibilities
- Develop software according to requirements and technical specifications.
- Design and develop complex application features and user interfaces.
- Develop databases using SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Work with Web APIs, JSON, APIs, and microservices.
- Produce optimized, organized, and documented source code.
- Debug existing code and refine feature sets.
- Create technical design documentation.
- Build and execute unit tests and test products in controlled real-world situations before deployment.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop technology solutions to streamline processes and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related work experience.
- 3–5 years of related experience.
- Significant experience with the Microsoft platform, including .NET, MVC, C#, and T-SQL.
- Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, MVC architecture, HTML5, Web Services, SOAP, XML, JSON, WCF, and Web APIs.
- Experience with client-side JavaScript technologies such as Angular or React; experience with both is preferred.
- Experience integrating third-party tools such as AJAX and Kendo.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, design patterns, and Entity Framework is advantageous.
- Experience with versioning tools such as Tortoise SVN, Team Foundation Server, or Git.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and the software development life cycle.
- Ability to work independently and in small teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
