Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect agent behaviors and build backend systems, ML pipelines, and product features.
- Deploy and adapt browser agents across legacy systems, government portals, third-party platforms, and client-specific environments.
- Design integration layers, map workflows, build diagnostic tools, and ship fixes in live production environments.
- Work directly with compliance officers and analysts to translate SOPs into structured agent logic.
- Implement distributed inference, caching, queue orchestration, and resilient data pipelines on AWS.
- Lead deployments from initial client engagement through production rollout and feed deployment learnings back into the product.
Requirements
- Ability to solve problems end-to-end and own features vertically across agent behavior, backend systems, ML pipelines, and product features.
- Strong quality and reliability mindset for systems handling financial-crime decisions and high transaction volumes.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing client environments.
- Clear communication skills for translating client needs into technical requirements and explaining technical issues.
- Willingness to work directly with customers and build fluency in the product.
- Ability to work hands-on across engineering, product, and client-success functions.
