Responsibilities
- Analyze authentication and registration funnels, search and discovery, and profile and photo engagement.
- Measure messaging engagement and match or interest conversion.
- Own analytics for upgrades and monetization funnels.
- Track push notification, deep-link, and realtime feature performance.
- Analyze advertising and in-app purchase revenue metrics.
- Support compliance analytics for consent, age checks, and verification.
- Develop and ship multi-flavor or white-label Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with Flutter and Dart 3.x on iOS and Android.
- Experience with layered UI, domain, and framework architecture.
- Experience with BLoC, Provider, GetIt, and GoRouter.
- Experience with Dio for networking and immutable model code generation using built_value or a similar tool.
- Experience shipping multi-flavor or white-label applications with per-brand configuration, assets, store IDs, and Firebase.
- Experience writing unit and widget tests; bloc_test or BDD-style testing is preferred.
- Fluent Russian and B2-level English are required.
