Senior Software Engineer (render.ai)

- Define product direction from user needs and take features through production.
- Build end-to-end software across the stack for an AI-native product.
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding while evaluating and correcting their output.
- Shape product decisions, UX, and iteration based on user learning.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and production systems.
- Collaborate closely with a small autonomous team and communicate clearly about technical and product decisions.
Requirements
- Approximately 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure using GCP or AWS, as well as production systems.
- Ability to build end-to-end and work across the stack.
- Product-minded approach with strong product taste, UX awareness, and user empathy.
- Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage startup with undefined problems and shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and constructive teamwork skills.
