Responsibilities
- Own sophisticated customer issues end to end and drive them to resolution.
- Reproduce complex issues locally and author accurate bug tickets for Engineering.
- Provide technical guidance, robust workarounds, and best practices for developers and partners.
- Write knowledge articles to support self-service resolution.
- Advocate for customers, ISVs, and strategic partners and share architectural feedback with product and engineering teams.
- Build internal tooling and proactive solutions using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude.
Requirements
- A BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical discipline, plus 4+ years of experience in developer support, technical support, solutions engineering, or software development with significant customer-facing experience.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, developer advocacy, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in at least one statically typed language such as C#, C++, or Java and one dynamically typed language such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Hands-on experience supporting or building cloud applications, RESTful APIs, and web frameworks such as Node.js, Django/Flask, ASP.NET, or Rails.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and protocols such as Claude, OpenAI Codex/Copilot, and MCP servers.
- Experience with enterprise IAM, SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM provisioning, third-party ISV or technology partner integrations, or multi-tier web architectures is strongly desired.
