Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated Apex, integration, and end-to-end control test suites across Salesforce compliance tooling.
- Build continuous validation pipelines that check evidence completeness, freshness, accuracy, integrity, lineage, and control mapping.
- Translate compliance and Salesforce Security Standards requirements into executable test cases, acceptance criteria, and pass/fail assertions.
- Detect compliance drift, stale artifacts, broken evidence lineage, and control regressions before audit review.
- Validate integrations from SIEM, cloud providers, HRIS, ticketing, and GUS into GRC data models through Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
- Build Lightning experiences and CRM Analytics dashboards for test coverage, evidence health, validation failures, and remediation status.
- Integrate automated compliance tests into SFDX and CI pipelines with quality gates on every change.
- Partner with Internal Audit & Evaluation and engineering teams to validate evidence requirements, control coverage, and pipeline gaps.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA or test-engineering experience, including automated testing on the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience with Apex unit and integration tests, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
- Strong automated-test development skills with working proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience validating data integrity, completeness, and correctness across ETL or integration pipelines and canonical data models.
- Ability to create efficient, reliable tests and validation logic that operate at scale within platform limits.
- Experience translating complex compliance requirements into precise test specifications and automated assertions.
- Understanding of control testing, evidence collection, audit requirements, and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS, or willingness to learn.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I or Administrator certification, Salesforce QA or architect certifications, Selenium, Provar, UTAM, Jest, CRM Analytics, Tableau, SFDX, Copado, GitHub Actions, OPA, Checkov, AWS, GCP, Hyperforce, Agentforce, Einstein, or LLM framework experience.
