Software Engineering MTS (QA Engineer)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and build automated Apex, integration, and end-to-end control test suites across the Salesforce compliance tooling portfolio.
- Create continuous validation pipelines that check evidence completeness, freshness, accuracy, integrity, lineage, and mapping to control requirements.
- Translate compliance and Salesforce Security Standards requirements into machine-executable test cases, acceptance criteria, and pass/fail assertions.
- Develop regression testing to detect compliance drift, stale artifacts, broken evidence lineage, and control regressions.
- Validate integrations from SIEM, cloud providers, HRIS, ticketing systems, and GUS into the GRC data model through Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
- Build Lightning experiences and CRM Analytics dashboards for test coverage, evidence health, validation failures, and remediation status.
- Integrate automated compliance tests into SFDX and CI pipelines to establish quality gates on every change.
- Partner with Internal Audit & Evaluation and engineering teams to validate control coverage, evidence requirements, and validation pipeline gaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA or test engineering experience, including automated testing on the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience with Apex unit and integration tests, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
- Strong test automation skills and experience building maintainable automated test suites.
- Working proficiency in SQL and Python for data validation, test tooling, and evidence pipeline verification.
- Experience validating data integrity, completeness, and correctness across ETL or integration pipelines and canonical data models.
- Ability to write efficient, reliable tests and validation logic that operate within platform limits and at scale.
- Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into precise, testable specifications and automated assertions.
- Understanding of control testing, evidence collection, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I or Administrator certification, experience with Selenium, Provar, UTAM, Jest, CRM Analytics, Tableau, SFDX, Copado, GitHub Actions, OPA, Checkov, AWS, GCP, Hyperforce, Agentforce, Einstein, or LLM frameworks.
- Experience with AI-generated evidence, control assessments, or audit narratives is preferred.
