Base Salary
$150k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic workshops with senior business leaders to identify autonomous-agent use cases and define AI investment ROI.
- Architect scalable serverless AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and RAG.
- Design action groups and execution logic using AWS Lambda so agents can interact with external systems.
- Evaluate foundation models based on cost, latency, and reasoning capabilities.
- Oversee AI-agent deployment pipelines and monitor performance using Amazon CloudWatch and Bedrock Guardrails.
- Integrate cloud-native AI agents with on-premise robotic process automation.
- Advise senior leadership and define the enterprise GenAI “Art of the Possible.”
Requirements
- Deep understanding of agentic AI, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and context-window management for long-running tasks.
- Extensive experience configuring Amazon Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails.
- Strong command of AWS Lambda with Python or Node.js and API Gateway for agent tool execution.
- Experience with vector engines such as OpenSearch Serverless and Aurora PostgreSQL for RAG.
- Ability to integrate cloud-native AI agents with on-premise robotic process automation.
- Proven record of delivering complex, high-impact technology solutions in enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence C-suite decision-making.
- Hands-on experience or architectural knowledge of UiPath and Automation Anywhere is preferred.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty certification is highly desirable.
