Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, modify, and implement scalable and reliable technology solutions, applications, system architectures, and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and software delivery automation.
  • Support the full service lifecycle, including design, deployment, operation, monitoring, refinement, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
  • Maintain service availability, latency, system health, resilience, performance, and operability through monitoring and automation.
  • Develop and maintain software, platforms, frameworks, documentation, knowledge articles, and related support procedures.
  • Configure code, binary, secrets, artifact, dependency, containerization, and developer desktop tooling.
  • Participate in incident, change, problem management, technical recovery, disaster recovery, and major incident escalation activities.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, DevOps Capability, global engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Review code, advise on technical design and implementation, and help create solutions for epics and implementation tasks.
  • Provide customer-focused technical support and resolve problems by diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, software engineering, architecture, and design principles.
  • Hands-on experience creating and deploying CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub.
  • Experience configuring code and binary scanning tools such as SonarQube, Semgrep, Blackbuck, Trivy, GitLeaks, or Veracode.
  • Experience with secrets management tools such as Vault and cloud-native solutions.
  • Knowledge of build, test, deployment automation, source code management, artifact and dependency management, and containerization tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python and one scripting language such as Terraform, Bash, or Ansible.
  • Knowledge of developer desktop environments, including physical and virtual Windows 365 environments, and associated tooling frameworks.
  • Understanding of generative AI concepts and solutions such as GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, and Q Developer.
  • Previous experience in project delivery, coordination, support, software development, business or technical analysis, quality assurance, emerging technology, or governance.
  • Experience working with Windows or Linux servers, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and managing incidents, change requests, service requests, and technical recovery calls.
  • Understanding of financial markets is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, independent working, and customer-service skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and commitment to DevOps culture.
