Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage application features, releases, configurations, and system updates.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain stability and optimal operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application configurations.
- Document configuration changes and communicate updates and releases to stakeholders.
- Evaluate new features and updates and recommend improvements to user experience and system efficiency.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems, participate in team discussions, and independently develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
- Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management solutions and integration capabilities.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for customizing and extending application functionality.
- Ability to analyze system behavior and configure applications to support business processes.
- Familiarity with release management practices and maintaining system stability during updates.
