Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software components using modern Java technologies.
Apply software architecture principles and design patterns to build robust systems.
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and joint implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Germany, Europe, and other geographies.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile or Waterfall approaches.
Ensure code quality, performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments in cloud and on-premises environments.

At least 6 years of hands-on Java development experience.
B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience participating in more than 3 customer projects.
Experience designing non-trivial software components and applying design patterns and architectural principles.
Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
At least 3 technologies from each listed technical skills category, including frameworks and tools, protocols and data formats, infrastructure and DevOps, and databases.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Experience with code reviews, JIRA, and Confluence.
Familiarity with REST APIs and API gateways.
Experience with CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code, and container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.

Full-time, permanent position based in Pune with occasional travel to Europe.
