Responsibilities

Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success through technical discovery and presentations.
Generate demand through participation in industry events and marketing initiatives.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Innovate and improve MongoDB solutions and processes based on field feedback.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development.

8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 3 years in enterprise software pre-sales preferred.
At least 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages or popular programming languages.
Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
Ability to review complex application architectures and provide improvement guidance.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
Ability to strategize with sales teams and develop multi-threaded account strategies.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
