Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design agent architectures and write clean Python code.
- Define success criteria and build automated test suites.
- Own the deployment and versioning of AI agents.
- Monitor agent performance and detect issues proactively.
- Continuously update agents based on product evolution and customer feedback.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles within the team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with production LLM-based agents or automations.
- Proficiency in Python and experience connecting AI to external systems.
- Ability to define success metrics and evaluation frameworks.
- Curiosity about Customer Success workflows and customer problems.
- Intellectual honesty regarding AI capabilities and limitations.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in AI.
