Responsibilities
- Architect and develop a roadmap for building signals that capture content quality and trust aspects.
- Drive safety initiatives for GenAI and conversational use cases.
- Align with downstream teams on use cases and evaluate signal impact.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to translate ideas into production-ready signals.
Requirements
- Experience driving technical strategy at an organizational level.
- Expertise in content modeling at consumer internet scale.
- Proficiency in using GenAI for scaling ML development.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong measurement and scalability experience.
- Extensive knowledge in machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies is a plus.
- Experience in machine learning at scale deployment.
- Thought leadership through publications or conference speaking is a plus.
