Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable frontend and backend applications using modern web frameworks, programming languages, APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Design and manage CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines with automated rollbacks, zero-downtime releases, canary or blue-green deployments, GitOps practices, and security scanning.
- Configure and maintain integrations with Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, NICE, and Five9 for real-time and batch data ingestion.
- Build data ingestion pipelines for transcription, enrichment, scoring, normalization, PII detection and redaction, and compliant data retention.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.
- Implement observability covering metrics, log aggregation, anomaly detection, and incident alerting.
- Lead client-facing infrastructure and data discovery workshops and advise on deployment models, CI/CD strategy, and connector architecture.
- Identify implementation risks, create phased delivery roadmaps, present architecture decisions to senior stakeholders, and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor analysts and junior developers and review deliverables across frontend, backend, and DevOps workstreams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's-level B.Tech or BE, or an advanced M.Tech, ME, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with full-stack development using React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Java, FastAPI, REST or GraphQL APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platform engineering across AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Kafka or equivalent event-streaming platforms.
- Experience integrating CCaaS platforms including Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, NICE, and Five9.
- Knowledge of security fundamentals, observability, ETL/ELT, data ingestion, PII handling, GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, and HIPAA.
- Experience delivering Contact Center AI platform implementations, cloud deployment architectures, data governance, phased go-lives, stakeholder advisory, and team mentoring.
- Preferred experience with Kafka Streams or Apache Flink, WebRTC or SIP, ML/AI API integration, RAG, vector search, agent workflows, DataOps, lakehouse or warehouse data products, Terraform, or Pulumi.
