Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the enterprise design authority and lead technical architect for the Salesforce platform and Certinia ecosystem.
- Own the Salesforce technical architecture, development standards, multi-year roadmap, product backlog, release readiness, sandbox strategy, and platform governance.
- Design shared data models, objects, integrations, automation, and security patterns across Salesforce, Certinia, CRM, PSA, and the enterprise data warehouse.
- Translate Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations priorities into documented business requirements and governed technology solutions.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, generative AI, and predictive capabilities.
- Oversee Salesforce service desk operations, including incident resolution, service-level agreements, ticket triage, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate AppExchange and custom-development options using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Partner with enterprise architecture, integration, security, and data teams on architectural standards, data protection, master data management, compliance, and auditability.
- Define and track performance and benefit-realization metrics such as release velocity, adoption, data integrity, and total cost of ownership.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Salesforce administrators and developers and support their certification and career development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Cloud, including significant experience in a dedicated Salesforce architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, security and sharing, automation, integrations, Certinia PSA, and platform governance.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, AI, and automation capabilities on Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce release management, sandbox strategy, DevOps tooling, service desk operations, SLA definition, and ticket triage.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce platform teams and directly managing administrators and developers.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales and Marketing, including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, territory management, and marketing automation integration.
- Experience with data governance, master data management, integration architectures, executive communication, project management, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, leadership, people-management, governance, data-quality, and auditability skills.
- Advanced Salesforce architect certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, B2B Solution Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are strongly preferred.
- Experience in the Contract Research Organization or life sciences industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
