Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure OpenTelemetry instrumentation for enterprise customers.
- Build custom integrations, dashboards, and tooling for customer value realization.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and Kubernetes clusters.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements and technical onboarding for strategic accounts.
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and Dash0's Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to internal tools, reference architectures, and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, platform engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Familiarity with observability concepts and ideally experience with OpenTelemetry.
- Ability to write production-quality code in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working directly with customers in high-stakes environments.
