Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable data pipelines that collect, manage, and transform raw data into usable information.
- Build modern software systems supporting data needs for business analysis, data science, and other analytical use cases.
- Work with cloud-based data engineering and data architecture technologies.
- Apply code and data quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Participate in AIG’s early-career cohort program, including on-the-job learning, masterclasses, mentoring, networking, and volunteering.
Requirements
- Be a student or recent graduate beginning a professional career, generally within one year of completing a degree.
- Receive a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM major or a major with STEM coursework no later than June 2027.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, organizational, quantitative, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate strong academic, extracurricular, or previous work achievement and enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry.
