Responsibilities
- Support and operate enterprise application environments.
- Troubleshoot Linux, database, and application issues.
- Perform migrations, upgrades, and system changes.
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Apache, SSL/TLS, and SSO.
- Communicate directly with international customers.
- Collaborate with operations and development teams.
Requirements
- Education in Business or IT, including Business Information Management or Information Technology, or at least 2 years of experience as a Service or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong Linux administration experience, particularly with RHEL or SLES.
- Knowledge of shell scripting and SQL.
- Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- English and German communication skills at B2 level.
- Knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, or basic Java is preferred.
- Knowledge of the specific applications is not required because training will be provided.
