Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, customization, integration, and maintenance of the Oracle EBS Service Contracts module.
- Design and maintain interfaces among Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Develop and work with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, RICE Objects, Workflow, OAF, and Service Contracts APIs.
- Oversee code reviews, performance tuning, technical design verification, security standards, and coding best practices.
- Implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware architectures and REST APIs.
- Deliver end-to-end technical development for implementations, rollouts, and data migration projects.
- Translate business requirements, process documents, technical specifications, and user stories into scalable Oracle EBS and Oracle CPQ solutions.
- Provide L3 production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous process optimization.
- Lead and inspire the team, communicate risks and issues to leadership, and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 7 years of total IT experience with emphasis on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1/R12.2 technical development.
- At least 3 years of dedicated technical experience with Oracle Service Contracts and surrounding service modules.
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, RICE Objects, Workflow or OAF, and standard OKS, OKC, and CSI PL/SQL APIs.
- Experience with Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft, and REST-based integrations.
- Experience with implementations, rollouts, data migrations, production support, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, and Procure-to-Pay flows in Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion is preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion migration projects, Oracle CPQ, ODI, SFDC, OIC, or MuleSoft is preferred.
- Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Technologies certification is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or Copilot for technical activities is preferred.
