Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and integrate enterprise-grade applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Build and present proof-of-concept applications addressing stakeholder and product-owner business challenges.
- Analyze complex business and functional requirements and design scalable, maintainable, high-performance solutions.
- Lead estimation for complex development projects and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct business-problem analysis using data and testing frameworks, and document test results for quality assurance.
- Create and maintain testing scripts and documentation for quality and reproducibility.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead Salesforce development assignments across cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, efficient, documented Apex code and manage project timelines.
- Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, assist with training and task delegation, and review peer contributions.
- Advise IT leadership and user groups on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Participate in requirements gathering, stakeholder meetings, and daily Scrum calls.
- Lead resolution of complex technical issues and document implementation frameworks and changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent foreign degree.
- At least 5 years of application development experience.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce.com configuration and customization and CRM development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Apex, WSDL, and RESTful APIs.
- At least 5 years of experience with Maven, Ant, Jenkins, and GitHub for CI/CD and version control.
- At least 5 years of experience with Agile development methodologies and Jira.
- At least 5 years of experience with object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

- Base salary ranges from $156,998 to $184,000, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
