Responsibilities
- Optimize global recommendation algorithms and strategies for CapCut, Hypic, and other video creation tools.
- Improve the distribution efficiency of content created with CapCut, Hypic, and similar products.
- Increase user growth efficiency through recommendation and content-distribution optimization.
- Improve user experiences during content creation using user behavior insights and machine learning technologies.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning.
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with at least one of machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.
