Responsibilities
- Support use case definition by gathering customer requirements and translating them into AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain internal sales enablement materials for the sales team.
- Lead the technical build and configuration of custom AI agents and demo environments.
- Document successful deployment playbooks and maintain a library of use case examples.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong comfort with new software and systems, with a fast learning ability.
- 1-3 years of experience in a product or customer-facing role at a startup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail for managing complex environments.
- Eagerness to assist and own tasks in a rapidly evolving environment.
