Responsibilities
- Build successful relationships with customers to provide technical and business value.
- Act as an expert in big data analytics to promote the Databricks platform.
- Develop working prototypes and demos to address customer challenges.
- Create reusable assets and author reference architectures to support customer success.
- Lead workshops and seminars to build the Databricks community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical experience in a customer-facing solutions engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated builder mindset with hands-on prototyping experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, and SQL; experience with Big Data technologies is a plus.
- Ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers.
