Responsibilities
- Own the Workday Absence domain globally, including configuration design and ongoing evolution.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex absence solutions in partnership with Human Resources.
- Define and implement configuration design patterns for scalability and maintainability.
- Act as the primary technical authority for absence-related design decisions.
- Engage with Human Resources to clarify requirements and guide toward scalable solutions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex absence-related initiatives.
- Design and supervise reporting solutions supporting absence processes.
- Ensure reliability and stability of absence-related processes through proactive issue identification.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including hands-on experience with Workday.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Workday Absence solutions.
- Strong understanding of absence-related business processes across multiple regions.
- Proven track record of resolving complex configuration issues.
- Hands-on experience developing Workday reports and calculated fields.
- Ability to guide and mentor other analysts in solution design.
