Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions across core HR domains.
Define and apply configuration design patterns for reuse and maintainability.
Translate business problems into structured system solutions.
Evaluate solution options and make informed design decisions.
Own end-to-end delivery of platform changes, including design and testing.
Act as a platform owner for assigned Workday domains, ensuring design integrity.
Maintain platform reliability through issue diagnosis and resolution.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver cohesive platform solutions.
Design and deliver scalable reporting and data solutions.
Translate business needs into user stories and technical solutions.
Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning.
Implement and support testing activities to ensure solution quality.
Identify opportunities for platform improvement and automation.
Ensure solutions meet data privacy and compliance requirements.

5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, specifically Workday.
Experience designing and implementing scalable configuration solutions.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Hands-on experience developing Workday reports used in production.
Understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and data flows.
Experience translating business needs into system solutions.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to articulate personal contributions to delivered solutions.
