Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to design integrated solutions for Tier 1 enterprise accounts
- Own the design and execution of technical proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products
- Create technical guides, reusable demo assets, and training programs for non-code and low-code engagements
- Capture customer insights to influence Asana’s API and AI product roadmap
- Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams showing how Asana integrates with customer technology stacks
- Turn repeatable technical patterns into global assets such as custom script galleries and workflow templates
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to identify platform gaps and shape long-term strategy
- Lead complex technical projects and collaborate across marketing, business, product, and global Solutions teams
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Extensive experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end or building technical programs from the ground up
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js and experience designing custom integrations with RESTful APIs and serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda
- Ability to present technical visions to C-level executives and articulate complex initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Experience influencing without authority across global regions and standardizing best practices
- Demonstrated ability to delegate, oversee work, and mentor junior team members
- Strong knowledge of software and SaaS buying behaviors and enterprise procurement cycles
- Understanding of work management and enterprise technology ecosystems, including CRM, iPaaS, and cloud hosting
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, including AI/LLMs
