Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to design integrated solutions for Tier 1 accounts.
- Own the design and execution of technical proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products.
- Create technical guides and training programs for non-code and low-code engagements.
- Capture insights from enterprise engagements to influence Asana’s API and AI roadmap.
- Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams for customer tech stacks.
- Identify repeatable technical patterns and create global assets for self-service.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape platform strategy.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Extensive experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Ability to identify technical obstacles and articulate complex initiatives.
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and focusing on value-based solutions.
- Skilled at influencing across regions and standardizing best practices.
- Passionate about emerging technologies, especially AI/LLMs.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams for cohesive solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of software and SaaS buying behaviors.
- Understanding of work management and enterprise technology ecosystems.
