Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Push and maintain production code for robot coordination, system-state management, and operational workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations with robot platforms, APIs, services, and data systems.
- Develop fault-tolerant, fail-safe robotic software and scalable systems.
- Triage and root-cause warehouse field issues and drive fleet software, integration, and robot software changes.
- Collaborate with robotics engineers, ML engineers, multi-robot coordination teams, product teams, and warehouse operations.
- Lead or contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Support warehouse operations in achieving and sustaining throughput goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience with production-level coding in C++, Python, or Rust.
- Experience or knowledge of distributed systems, backend services, API design, CI/CD, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing scalable systems and leading complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A proven track record of using analysis to influence high-stakes operational and engineering changes.
