Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Push and maintain code in production for robot coordination and operational workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations with robot platforms, APIs, services, and data systems.
- Develop fault-tolerant, fail-safe robotic software and scalable systems.
- Triage and root-cause field issues reported from the Warehouse.
- Work closely with robotics engineers, ML engineers, and product teams.
- Lead or contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Guide and support operations in the warehouse to achieve throughput goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in production-level coding in C++, Python, or Rust.
- Demonstrated experience with distributed systems, backend services, and API design.
- Experience designing scalable systems and leading complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven track record of using analysis to influence operational and engineering changes.
