Responsibilities
- Build chat threads, streaming responses, and dynamic visualizations for the product interface
- Implement real-time multiplayer features for collaborative incident investigation
- Create fast, data-dense UI components for logs, error clusters, and time series
- Own features end to end across APIs, database queries, and React components
- Improve performance for streaming, virtualized log lists, and live-updating charts
- Build and extend the Slack integration as a first-class product interface
- Help define developer tooling for an AI-first world
- Work directly with the founder to take feature concepts from idea to production
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, preferably with TypeScript-heavy stacks
- Strong product and design judgment with attention to how features feel as well as how they function
- Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production
- Comfort working in ambiguity and defining problems independently
- Strong debugging skills and curiosity about production system behavior
- Experience with developer tools, observability, or chat-based interfaces is a bonus
