Base Salary
$101k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop tools, flows, and methodologies supporting VLSI design and emulation.
- Develop CAD algorithms for synthesis, partitioning, place and route, and clock optimization.
- Optimize compute and storage resources.
- Apply software design principles, practices, and patterns to CAD software development.
- Mentor and lead other team members.
- Create customer-facing applications and work independently on infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ASIC design, FPGA design, verification, or related work.
- At least 2 years of C++ software development, CAD tool development, or related experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Linux experience and 2 years of direct CAD software development experience.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, RTL synthesis, clock tree optimization, VLSI design concepts, and logic design.
- Experience with Git, LSF, JIRA, GCC, and related technologies.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

- Base pay range is $101,400.00–$152,200.00 per year.
