Responsibilities
- Understand customer workflows, use cases, and jobs to be done.
- Build AI agents that simplify and eliminate tedious, error-prone tasks.
- Develop the realtime platform for finance teams to collaborate with one another and with agents.
- Design and scale APIs and CLI interfaces for interoperability.
- Improve engineering practices, documentation, tools, and agentic coding workflows.
- Maintain high standards for data security, reliability, compliance, accuracy, and auditability.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals are required.
- Experience building AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation is required.
- A product mindset focused on users and outcomes is expected.
- Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty.
- High ownership and willingness to wear multiple hats are expected.
- Ability to learn, adapt, and build is valued; experience with functional languages, Rails, Django, or modern frontend stacks is helpful but not required.
